What sizes are available?

Our original sock collection is available in one size (UK 5–11).

We're excited to be introducing our brand new collection, with the first drop now live! Our new range is available in two sizes for an even better fit:

• UK 3–6
• UK 7–12

We'll be adding more new designs in these two sizes over the coming months. The available size(s) will always be clearly shown on each product page.

What are your socks made from?

Our socks are made from soft, breathable organic cotton with added stretch for all-day comfort. They're designed to be durable, comfortable and perfect for everyday wear.

Are your socks suitable for men and women?

Absolutely! Our socks are unisex and designed for anyone who loves fun, colourful socks.

How do I remove the packaging from my socks?

Our newest sock collection is presented with a cardboard wrap and plastic fastening.

To remove the packaging without damaging your socks, we recommend using a pair of scissors to carefully cut the small plastic fastening on one side. You can then gently pull the remaining piece through from the other side.

Please avoid pulling the cardboard or plastic fastening away from the socks without cutting it first, as this could damage the fabric.

How should I wash my socks?

To keep your socks looking their best, we recommend:

• Wash at 30°C.
• Wash with similar colours.
• Do not bleach.
• Do Not Tumble dry.
• Do not iron.

Yes! The Funky Sock Company is proudly based in the UK.

All orders are dispatched from the UK, and we're always here to help if you have any questions before or after placing your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Usually within 1-2 days.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you've just placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to make changes before your order has been packed and dispatched.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes.

What is your returns policy?

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned in their original, unworn condition with any original packaging. Labels still intact. We cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.  

Please get in touch before returning your order so we can help make the process as quick and easy as possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or there's a problem?

We're sorry if something isn't right.

Simply contact us with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem and make things right.
