Shipping information 

By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

Standard shipping is £3.65 

We are pleased to offer a free shipping service on all orders over £30

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

This is a tracked service with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 working days from dispatch. Please note this is an estimated time frame and not a guarantee. 

Peak Season Notice
During busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery with Royal Mail.

Delivery Queries

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting us.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days from dispatch, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at the time of ordering.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or amend it.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will always do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
